The investment objective of AB.LV Global ETF Fund is to achieve essential long-term capital growth with high investment risk.

Assets of the fund are invested in various markets by means of ETFs, which reflect the dynamics of the main stock markets of the chosen countries.

Such strategy has been chosen due to several factors.

• One of our mottos is «To be in the right place at the right time». In various periods of time different stock markets can demonstrate various dynamics. Therefore, one of the main tasks of the fund manager of AB.LV Asset Management is the selection of the most attractive markets in a particular period of time. This allows the investor to be sure that his/her assets are invested in the most interesting countries with the help of just one fund. Operative changes of markets, using specialised investment funds, are related to high expenses for the investor for the purchase of shares of these funds (as a rule, stock funds have a rather high front load fee, but in some cases — a fee for the redemption of shares). Moreover, the investor needs to solve the uneasy question about the choice of countries of investments.
• Investments by means of ETFs have many advantages in comparison with mutual funds. First of all, it is liquidity, as ETF is sold as a regular stock. In addition, expenses for the purchase and fees for the services of the manager of ETF funds are considerably lower than for other types of funds.
• Such a strategy allows achieving a maximally reasonable distribution of risks.

On the one hand, AB.LV Global ETF Fund is a dynamic (aggressive) type of investments, as investments in stocks are regarded as risky investments. On the other hand, in comparison with other stock funds, an ETF fund can be described as rather conservative.

Characteristics of the fund

You have the possibility to invest in US Dollars and Euros as the fund AB.LV Global ETF Fund consists of two subfunds: AB.LV Global USD ETF Fund and AB.LV Global EUR ETF Fund. These subfunds have a common investment policy and the same limits, but their assets are not mingled and they are managed independently from each other. Actually it could be said they represent two separate funds that are united by a common management and control philosophy.    

When filling in the application for the purchase of investment certificates, the customer has to indicate the name of the chosen subfund.
