Currency Exchange by Phone

Performing currency exchange by phone saves your time! It is easy and convenient!

Preconditions of performing currency exchange by phone:

• sale / purchase amount exceeds EUR 5 000 or equivalent amount in another currency,
• customer identification based on current account password,
• sufficient balance available in the customer current account during the call.

After currency exchange rate has been agreed upon by customer and dealer, the dealer performs customer identification based on current account password. In case during the call the balance of customer current account is sufficient for completing the transaction, the dealer performs currency exchange and informs customer of its result — the amount credited to the account following the currency exchange. Thus submitting currency exchange order via Internetbank, by fax, or personally at the bank office is no longer required!

When performing currency exchange by phone, the flow of funds in the sold and purchased currencies in the customer current account is accomplished during the call!
